Class begins in any variety of ways: standing, sitting, child’s pose or supine. Every class is chock full of exciting uplifting poses with the addition of 2-3 pound weights. We wind down with a guided pranayama, meditation, and savasana. Yoga Conditioning is a great place to be if you’re ready to add more rigor to your flow.
